We are now full swing into learning about the/j/ phoneme. We know that the four most common ways of making this sound are

* j    as in junk

* dge    as in hedge

* ge    as in voyage

* g     as in giraffe.

So, let’s gather some /j/ words! Here’s a challenge – post a really long /j/ word on our wall. Make it a word that may add to our vocabulary, rather than one that most of us would know. Then, you can genuinely gibber that you are a /j/ genius!
